MACH is for concerns relating to bribery, money laundering, illicit accounting, violation of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act (including insider trading), violation of the Act on Prohibition of Private Monopolization and Maintenance of Fair Trade (Competition Law), and other serious crimes that are subject to punishment.
MACH is available to the directors and employees of Marubeni Group and the directors and employees within one year of its retirement from Marubeni Group.

The “Marubeni Anti-Corruption Hotline” is operated by “TSUHO Support Center Co., Ltd. (the “Center”)” .
Upon the request of Marubeni Corporation (the “Participating Company”), the Marubeni Anti-Corruption Hotline accepts reports about problems occurring at Marubeni Corporation or Marubeni Group, and then provides the service of submitting those reports to the Participating Company.
In the use of the Marubeni Anti-Corruption Hotline, including the range of problems that are accepted, please confirm the information provided by the Participating Company.
Registration is required for using the Marubeni Anti-Corruption Hotline.
